Shift Supervisor Production (m/f/d)

You lead your team with commitment and plan the optimal personnel deployment for the respective layer. In annual employee talks, you give valuable feedback and promote the personal development of your employees. You take over the incorporation and training of new employees within your shift. You ensure compliance with work, safety and hygiene regulations and ensure a clean and clean production environment. You monitor relevant production characteristics and initiate appropriate measures to achieve targets in the event of deviations. You perform structured layer transfers and moderate shopfloor meetings to ensure smooth information flow and transparent production control. Together with colleagues from adjacent departments, you coordinate the processes and ensure a smooth production process. You ensure efficient and economical production processes and keep in mind quality, performance and productivity. You actively contribute to the planning, development and optimization of our production processes. You support continuous improvement processes and promote a culture of cooperation and self-responsibility in your team.

Successfully completed vocational training with training as a master, technician or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in production as well as first or already well-founded leadership experience Ability to motivate, initiate and develop employees Structured, self-responsible and targeted working methods High quality and safety awareness Organisational strength, decision-making and enforcement Embossed communication and team skills Good knowledge of current MS Office applications and ideally in ERP or production systems Ready for 3-shift work
