Quality Management Coordinator in Network Construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical coordination of the quality officers in the field of network construction, communicate the current quality processes in practice and develop training and work documents in a targeted manner. You accompany the departments in the introduction, evaluation and improvement of processes, collect workflows and develop sustainable optimization measures together with the process owners You are responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal audits and coordinate the monitoring of external audits together with the areas involved and the integrated management system (IMS) You prepare key figures, quality data and results for management assessments and thus provide a sound basis for decision-making for the technical management You follow improvement measures, document their status and dates and actively contribute to the maintenance and development of QM systems and the process landscape in network construction

Completed technical or commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification – ideally complemented by a further education on the Quality Management Officer (QMB) (m/w/d) and/or the Quality Management Auditor (QMA) (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in quality management, process optimization or auditing, preferably in construction or in a comparable technical environment knowledge of the quality management standard ISO 9001; Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards Experience in the planning, preparation and implementation of internal audits, monitoring of external audits and in the implementation and follow-up of improvement measures Embossed process understanding, communication and moderation strength as well as a structured and independent way of working; You are happy to work with different locations and departments
