Business area/special area The division of Bundesbau und Bausichtenangelegenheiten is part of the headquarters of BLB NRW. The main tasks of the business unit are the structural and organisational coordination of the Federal Construction in the branches, the concentration of central tasks and the coordination with the specialist construction department of the OFD (Oberfinanzdirektion) NRW. In addition, the division acts as a cooperative Sparring Partner for the branches in all matters relating to planning, construction and forward-looking strategies for federal construction. As a specialist controller of the division of Bundesbau und Bausichtlicheangelegenheiten, we have a higher-level view of the key figures of the Bundesbau in NRW and support our branches in achieving their goals.

They have a successfully completed university degree (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
