Our outpatient care Dresden-Neustadt was founded in 2017. Here, man is at the heart of our work. To enable individual care, we work with the structural model.

Your future tasks with us:

• Professional body-related care measures and treatment care

• Implementation of the care concept, quality processes and care standards

• Consultation of customers and their relatives on care issues

• Digital care documentation and evaluation of care planning

• Communication with doctors and pharmacies

• Guide and support of care workers

• Support and representation of care services

We match each other when

• you have completed training in nursing: as an old care provider (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• the care of people in need of help is a matter of heart for you

• professional experience as a nurse, preferably in the outpatient area

• A training for nursing services is desirable

• You have a valid license.
