Technical solutions that meet the business requirements are developed using ServiceNow Your expertise on ServiceNow Best Practices and Standards is part of our ServiceNow Community and advises accordingly Together with our teams, you design and implement suitable ServiceNow solutions for our customers Options for process automation and optimization are identified and implemented within ServiceNow You support our customers in developing and implementing their ServiceNow-Digitalization Strategies Customized technical solutions that are optimally adapted to the ServiceNow platform, you regularly develop Working closely with our market areas as well as our near and offshore development centers Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use

You have a completed study of (economic) computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable vocational training You bring multi-year practical project experience in the ServiceNow environment, in particular in the advice and support of customers At least 4 years of experience in the ServiceNow architecture as well as first experience in managing complex transformation projects You are pleased to combine technological understanding with strategic analysis and practical implementation work High reliability, proactivity, team spirit and suitability for a world-leading consultancy make you Your strong presentation and moderation capabilities as well as very good MS Office skills complete your profile You bring good knowledge of German and English (ab B2 level)
