Your mission – You give our personal work a face and our employees orientation. You are not only a contact person, you are a trusting and advisory accompaniment as well as an impulse provider for executives and employees. You advise and support our executives in all personal and labour law issues. You enter a firm group of employees and accompany all administrative and organizational personnel processes. You are responsible for the recruiting for your care area – from job alerts to job interviews to contract creation and a successful onboarding. You represent your colleague and support staff management in different projects and strategic topics. You professionally implement the operational integration management (BEM) including documentation and discussion. You work on multi-site HR projects together with the departments of our headquarters. You coordinate recurring personnel topics such as training, preventive examinations and other measures related to our employees.

Your profile – expertise meets empathy and sense of responsibility. You understand personal work as a human service and at the same time bring the necessary professionalism and enforcement strength. You have a completed business studies with a focus on human resources management or a commercial training with a corresponding training in the human resources sector or a comparable qualification. You have professional experience in a comparable position within the operational personnel work. Ideally, you already have contact points with compensation models and their practical implementation. The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you; Knowledge in ZEUS X and REXX are of advantage. You convince by communication strength, consulting skills, empathy and the ability to act sovereign even in challenging situations. Loyalty, discretion and trustworthiness are self-evident. Organizational talent, service orientation and a structured way of working belong to your strengths as well as real joy in working with people.
