Your tasks:

• receiving incoming calls from insured persons and interested persons from the sickness insurance fund
• Investigation of the call base and forwarding to the department
• more and more independent answers to the questions after the appropriate period of incorporation
• Information on services

Your profile:

• Experience in the telephone customer service, e.g. from a call center (inbound phone)
• high interest in alternative healing methods
• good sensitivity
• You can listen well and quickly capture the exact reason for the call to help the customer quickly and specifically and/or forward them to the correct department
