Service Technician (m/f/d)

Enpal develops integrated energy solutions for private households and connects heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, power storage and intelligent energy management to an overall system. As a service technician, you will ensure that installed heat pumps work reliably throughout Germany, that technical problems are quickly solved and that customers are competently assisted even after installation. You address customers with technical problems after the installation of their heat pump, analyze the situation on site and ensure a reliable solution. You carry out fault diagnosis and repairs on heat pump systems, eliminate technical faults independently and restore the proper functioning of the system. You carry out regular maintenance work on heat pumps and with careful testing to ensure that the systems work reliably and efficiently in the long term. Responsibility instead of a monotonous routine: You are working on different technical challenges directly with the customer, choosing solution-oriented on site and can use your SHK expertise virtually daily.

Complete vocational training in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK) as well as sound technical understanding of heating and heat pump systems. Self-employed and solution-oriented operation in maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair as well as a friendly and professional occurrence in direct customer contact. Driving licence class B and willingness to Germany-wide customer operations with a travel readiness of about 1–3 days per week.
