Senior Marketing Automation Consultant (m/f/d)

Develop and optimize strategies: develop comprehensive marketing automation strategies, accompany their implementation and continuously develop processes based on best practices. Develop campaigns: design and implement multi-level marketing automation and personalization campaigns such as email marketing, lead-nurturing, campaign management and segmentation. Increase performance: Monitor automated processes, analyze performance indicators and perform A/B tests to improve conversions and KPIs. Manage tools and data flows: nursing marketing automation tools, integrate them into existing systems and ensure seamless data flows as well as effective lead management. Berate on trends: Identify trends and best practices in marketing automation and support customers in developing their strategies.

DEIN PROFIL Qualification: You have a degree in marketing, communication, computer science or a comparable field and bring at least four years of professional experience. Experience with marketing automation tools: You know tools such as SAP Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketo or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing and have experience in online marketing and personalization. Strategic know-how: You bring professional experience in the planning and implementation of automation strategies and campaigns. Process-oriented understanding: e-mail marketing, lead marketing, customer segmentation and marketing processes are part of your expertise. Analytical skills: You analyze marketing data and derive insights as well as concrete recommendations for action. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
