We are looking for a talented and motivated working student (m/w/x) to support our Human Resources Legal & Labour Relations Europe department for the next possible start date for up to 12 months. Our department advises and supports overarchingly in all labour law issues, in contracts with our middle and higher executives, in cooperation with works council bodies and trade unions, as well as in the negotiations of corresponding collective agreements. Finally, we coordinate the cross-border HR knowledge management on legal issues and take responsibility in diverse special projects.

You will gain comprehensive insights and gain practical experience in an international, motivated, sympathetic and multi-thematic team with a focus on working law and will be actively involved in the daily operating business. Research on all questions of individual and collective labour law Preparation and support in the development of strategic recommendations for action taking into account labour law and human rights principles Support in the implementation of changed framework conditions in legislation and jurisdiction Participation in labour disputes and judicial processes Support under labour law training and training Participation and coordination of special projects with the contacts of our decentralized organization

Required qualifications Advanced studies in the field of law, economic law or a comparable degree Knowledge of individual and collective labour law Flexibility, reliability, self-organization skills, readiness to learn and loadability Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Very good knowledge MS Office package, insbes.
