For our customers, an internationally active technology company at the Cologne site, we are looking for an MIG/MAG welder (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Tasks

• MIG/MAG welding - welding of components and assemblies made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper
• Preparing components – stapling, aligning and positioning according to drawing and manufacturing specifications
• Welding robots operate – equipping, brushing and monitoring automated welding systems
• Rework – grinding, straightening and customizing welds
• Ensure quality – visual inspection and control of manufactured components
• Provide material – preparation of tools, materials and resources
• Keep in mind systems – cleaning, easy maintenance and maintenance
• Work in the team – support in fault analysis and cooperation with manufacturing and maintenance
• Work safely – compliance with all applicable work, quality and safety regulations

Profile

• Welding experience – Good MIG/MAG knowledge as well as experience with steel, stainless steel, aluminum and/or copper
• Technical understanding – Secure reading of technical drawings and work instructions
• Welding robotics - Experience with welding robots and automated systems of advantage
• Qualification – welding test according to DIN EN ISO 9606 and metal training of advantage, but no need
• Forklift PC-knowledge – Valid forklift license required, SAP-knowledge desirable
• Layer readiness – readiness for 3-shift work
• Reliable operation – Careful, quality-conscious and team-oriented
• German knowledge – Good knowledge of German in word and writing
