Team Leader Payroll

You and your representative take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our Payroll team as well as our two time management experts and continuously develop structures, processes and employees. Together with your team, you are the central contact person for all topics relating to pay billing and time management, working closely with internal interfaces and external partners. To do this, you report directly to our management or to our CHRO & procurers. You are responsible for the timely preparation and careful examination of monthly wage and salary bills for a defined group of employees. You ensure that all statutory, tax and social insurance requirements are reliably complied with at any time and keeps in mind current developments. Together with your team, our HR-reporting continues to develop, analyzes relevant key figures and guides sound recommendations for management and departments. You are questioning existing processes, optimierst processes, the HR ticket system and structures within the billing of charges in a sustainable manner and actively brings your own ideas into the further development of our HR area.

For at least eight years, you have a well-founded professional experience in the payroll accounting of a medium-sized company with more than 2,000 employees and move safely into complex payroll structures. You have already successfully managed teams and convince with a clear, sovereign and value-adding communication style as well as a structured way of working. You have very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law and keep your expertise up to date. You are routined with common accounting systems and are confident in project management. First practical experiences with DATEV are of advantage. You feel comfortable in the day-to-day business as well as in strategic issues and enjoy developing and sustainable processes. You work pragmatically and solution-oriented, keep an overview even in challenging situations and draw your attention through precision, reliability and a ground-based hands-on mentality. You’re flexible and mobile and you’re looking forward to personal exchange with your team: depending on the selected main location, you’re on-site once a week at our second location in Hamburg-Bergedorf or Hamburg-Alstertal.
