The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Institution of Public Law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. The main tasks are the uniform real estate management, the real estate management and the real estate sale as well as the forest and nature protection specialist care of the property properties. Around 7,000 employees work in Germany for the BImA, distributed to the headquarters - headquartered in Bonn - and nine directorates and more than 120 locations.

Ensuring project objectives, compliance with costs, dates and qualities including risk management Project and risk management for individual construction measures Coordination and interface management to the building management – owner and contractor representation in relation to the construction-leading and technical supervision-leading level of the building administration or external project participants Plausibility of the constructional documentation and examination of the plan implementation from the client and operator perspective Creation of the building conditions for efficient building operation Management of construction projects on federal properties as well as technical and economic project management

Qualification: Graduate/Bachelor in the fields of architecture, civil engineering Competences: Funded experience in project management Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of complex new, re- and expansion measures Knowledge of the basics and regulations relating to public construction, including RBBau, VHB, VOB, VgV, HOAI, Landesbauordnung, GEG, DIN, BFR GBestand, BFR Verm Knowledge of federal building-specific guides, e.g. in the field of sustainable building General knowledge of facility management Funded knowledge of the SAP application as well as service-specific IT specialist procedures or the willingness to acquire them in the short term, deepen and continuously expand Good application knowledge in the field of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility Driving licence class B as well as readiness to frequent, including full and multi-activity journeys (also as a self-driver [w/m/d]) An application presupposes the willingness to be subject to a review pursuant to § 10 of the Act on the Precondition and Procedure of the Federal Security Review (SÜG)
