Consultant Project Processes and Tools (m/f/d)

Analysis of existing project management processes and identification of optimization potentials Definition and further development of project processes, structures, standards (e.g. PMP, WBS etc.) and methods Responsibility for selection, implementation and support of project management tools (SAP, PLM, DMS, etc.) and coordination with the IT sector bei methodische und tool-related questions Implementation of internal projects and participation in offer projects and campaigns Management of customer projects and project-wide projects, including coordination of external partners for strategic cooperation Activity as an assistant in LCM reviews and further development of information management in projects (e.g. AI use) as well as support for digitalization and automation

Successfully completed master's degree in technical or commercial fields, preferably in industrial engineering At least five years of experience in the realization of projects with system development share in the military environment Funded understanding of the management processes required for successful product realization Knowledge and application of project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, agile approach) High affinity for information systems and experience with common project and product management tools (ERP, DOORS, PLM, Jira, MS Project) Embossed capabilities in the management of information and data, especially in Excel and database applications Structured, self-sponsored working and pronounced analytical and communicative skills
