Specialist in Manufacturing Technology & Automation in the Field of Microsystems Technology (m/f/d)

You take over the independent introduction of new technologies and automation solutions for the continuous development of our manufacturing processes You plan, coordinate and accompany technical changes to production and exhibition equipment for series products You ensure compliance with process, quality and compliance requirements, in particular with regard to clean room requirements, CE guidelines, occupational safety and hazardous materials management You continuously analyze and optimize manufacturing processes in terms of quality, efficiency, productivity and ergonomics, taking into account work safety. You work in the selection, procurement, qualification and commissioning of new production plants and equipment with You create, update and maintain technical standards, work instructions and specification documents You accompany internal audits and process assessments and ensure the sustainable implementation of the measures derived therefrom You work closely with the areas of production, quality, engineering and maintenance to ensure future-oriented and efficient production
