Design and development of the department with a focus on process optimization and digitization Fully commercial support of the real estate portfolio (rental contract management, budgeting, reporting, operating & ancillary cost accounting) Development of concepts and strategies for an efficient, sustainable department organization Close cooperation with technical property management, construction, accounting and controlling Development and implementation of long-term object strategies

Completed study of real estate, business or comparable training (e.g. real estate agency / real estate businessman) Professional experience in commercial real estate management or in an adjacent area Passion for structures, processes and digitalization as well as a clear design will Analytical thinking combined with pragmatism and implementation strength Sovereign appearance and communication strength in exchange with internal and external partners SAP knowledge desirable
