Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

In this position, you contribute to the care of people with dementia at the highest level and take over the case management at the stations as part of the delir and dementia management, with support and advice. They function in the intermediary function, are consulted and act, for example, in the case of dementia-specific questions, also as a contact person for relatives. Specifically, you take over the following activities:

• Advice and training of nurses on current aspects of dementia care
• Development and implementation of concepts for dementia care and care as well as interdisciplinary development and implementation of new supply concepts together with the care expert team
• Support and support of people with dementia
• Implementation of internal training and workshops to raise awareness of the needs of people with dementia
• Creation of individual care and care plans for dementia patients
• Ensuring quality in care and support in the implementation of care guidelines and the development of care concepts
• Head of quality circle (Demenz-AG) and participation in project work and network work

Your profile:

• Completed training as a nurse and completed studies in nursing (B.Sc. or comparable) or APN (Advanced Practice Nursing)
• Additional qualification as a dementia officer (m/w/d) desirable
• Experience in the care and care of people with dementia
• Knowledge of the disorders and their effects
• Patience, empathy and communication skills in dealing with dementia patients and their relatives
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working together with team spirit and a high level of responsibility
