As an IT system administrator*in, you play a responsible role in the operation and further development of BSI CON 11.1 server, storage and backup environments. You support internal and selected external customers and ensure that our IT remains modern, reliable and secure. Installation, configuration and administration of IT systems in the area of server, storage, backup - Requirements according to BSI CON 11.1 Monitoring and ensuring availability, performance and security of IT systems Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, MS Office 365, Exchange Implementation of updates, identification and troubleshooting Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects - especially in the area of BSI CON 11.1 and depending on the role: planning, implementation, support and configuration of new systems, e.g. in the migration, expansion or optimization of our infrastructure Overarching support of other specialist teams in the field of BSI CON 11.1 Contact person for technical questions from 2nd level support Create technical documentation and guidelines

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of computer science, system administration or comparable cross-entry*in with high IT affinity and min. 3 years of professional experience System Administration (Server, Storage, Backup, Identity Management, Virtualization and Citrix) Good experience with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux Server) and IT project management Knowledge of how to use BSI CON 11.1 environments desirable Analytical thinking, process-oriented action, independent and structured work High customer orientation, very good communication skills and strong team spirit Very good communication skills in German and English
