As part of our creative marketing team, you are crucial to increasing the visibility of our brand in the digital world. You are the strategic head and the creative feather behind our social media channels. Through your work, you make complex medical topics accessible, promote dialogue with professionals and strengthen our position as an innovation leader in laboratory diagnostics. Your duties include in particular: Strategy and editorial planning: Individually responsible development and implementation of a cross-channel social media strategy (especially LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook) to strengthen our brand identity. Science storytelling: Creating creative and target-group-oriented content (text, image, video / reel) – from the preparation of medical topics to innovations from the world of laboratory diagnostics. Community Management: Active care of our channels, moderation of subject-specific discussions and professional interaction with partners, doctors and patients. Brand and Campaign Management: Planning as well as switching social media campaigns to support our marketing goals and increase the range of our specialist publications. Monitoring and analysis: Regular reporting of channel performance based on relevant KPIs and continuous trend analysis in the field of digital health. Internal interface: Close cooperation with sales, product management and medical specialist areas to prepare expert knowledge authentic and modern.

Your further experiences and properties include: Qualification: A completed study in the field of marketing, communication, media and comparable training. Professional experience: Including experience in social media management, ideally with a background in science or business communication. Creativity and Design: A strong sense of aesthetics and security in handling graphics and video tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut). Language feeling: Excellent expression in German and English – you master the art of formulating complex medical issues in a comprehensible and specific way. Analytical Understanding: You use key figures securely to evaluate the success of your actions and to develop the content strategy data-based. Personality: You are a high-performance team player (m/w/d) with a high self-initiative and drive complex projects in a structured and reliable way.
