What do you expect from the AKDB? Platform and Cloud Services provides a stable and reliable data center and software environment for the specialist processes and operates the specialist procedures according to the agreed service levels. In addition to the internal provision of platforms and services, the area also markets its services to external partners.

Discipline leadership: You take the disciplinary leadership of about 40 employees in the Platform and Cloud Services sector and accompany them in their personal and professional development. Working Development: You conduct regular development talks, guide orientation, strengthen self-responsibility and help your employees develop their skills in a targeted manner. Cooperation with roles: You work closely with the People Lead Manager as well as with Lead Experts, Experts and other professional leaders in order to well interlink personal and professional requirements. Culture and cooperation: You promote open, trusting and effective cooperation in the field and strengthen a leadership culture that combines clarity, responsibility and appreciation. Transformation and Change: You actively accompany your employees through change processes, especially in the context of modern platform, cloud and operating structures. Stable operation in interaction: Together with the specialist teams, you contribute to the fact that the area is well positioned, priorities are clear and the agreed services can be reliably provided.

Leadership experience: You have several years of experience in the disciplinary leadership of employees, ideally in an IT-close environment, such as IT operations, data center, infrastructure, platform services, cloud services or managed services. Strong understanding of leadership: You are clear, binding and human. You can formulate expectations, enable development and also address difficult topics cleanly. IT confession: You don't have to be the deepest technical specialist (m/w/d) in space, but you understand the basic logic of IT operations, cloud/platform services, service levels and modern operating models. Change competence: You have experience with accompanying teams through change, reducing uncertainty and anchoring new ways of working sustainably. Communication strength: You communicate clearly, empathically and addressably – with employees, professional managers and interfaces. Structure and implementation strength: You work pragmatically, priority clean and keep an overview even in complex situations.
