The Chamber of Crafts Mannheim Rhein-Neckar-Odenwald as a public body represents the interests of craftsmen in the region and offers its members a wide range of services. For the Business Unit IV – Education Academy – we are looking for one or more

for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK). In our educational academy, we train young craftsmen as part of the over-company apprenticeship training, together with the firms, and complement the vocational training.

Implementation of the over-company training courses for trainees to the SHK plant mechanic, with specifications by the HPI in cooperation with the team of the ÜBA administration and in the field of expertise Support for the training of trainees, contact partners for enterprises, schools and inns of the Chambers in the area of SHK Regular updating and, if necessary, training documents according to requirements by the HICP Management of the equipment and stock and assortment in the field including Inventory and inventory control If necessary, follow-up and follow-up courses as well as measures in the SHK sector If necessary, take part in events and trade fairs to promote education and training

Master's title in the installation and heating plant, com­parable or higher quality Experience in training and the associated handling of trainees An additional qualification in electrical engineering would be advantageous Safe handling of modern communication and application software Preparing for self-responsibility Teamability and Flexibility Interest in continuing training
