Head of the BK team in the Middle Region, in particular Technical and service over the staff of the team Taxes and responsibility for the professional work of the organisational unit Ensuring legal, quality-secured and customer-oriented case processing in BK determination Further development of the technical processes within the framework of the organisation of the structure and the process Cooperation with the Department of Occupational Diseases Prevention and the Department of Control Rehabilitation and Services Technical advice and special case management in complex issues of BK determination clarification of conflicts in the BK procedure (e.g. in matters of competence) Determination of the impact and assessment of the results in complex conflict and social court proceedings, as well as representation of BG BAU in social and regional social courts Working in and conducting internal and external working groups Cooperation in the development of criteria for assessing occupational diseases Participation in the further development of exposure catastrophes and BK anamnese software (especially in cooperation with the IFA)

Completed scientific technical or scientific studies (Master, Diplom-Ingenieur/in or comparable) Multi-year leadership experience Very good knowledge of accident insurance law, in particular of occupational disease law and related legal areas Funded knowledge of state regulations (e.g. labour protection law, industrial safety law, chemicals law, hazardous substance regulation, TRGS and BG regulations) Knowledge acquired through professional experience in quality assurance of opinions in the BK assessment procedure Representative leadership, communication and conflict resolution competence High commitment, persuasiveness and enforcement Self-directed and self-responsible operation Knowledge of MS Office applications
