(Junior) SAP HCM Payroll Berater (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You address various topics about our SAP Payroll solutions and drive digitization in the Payroll environment You are a competent contact person (m/w)d) in our area as well as for our specialist departments in Germany and abroad You bring creative ideas and actively contribute to the development of our Payroll solutions and implementation of new technologies (e.g. SAP SF Payroll) and Application Manager (m/w/d) You work closely with the application development and the adjacent departments You support ongoing operations through application support and address our national and international contacts

You have a degree in the fields (economic) informatics, human resources management, business or related topics You bring first experiences in the SAP HCM environment (ideally module Payroll) You are happy to meet new challenges and enjoy the co-design of SAP HCM technology change You convince by a sovereign appearance, high IT affinity, strong team skills and strong customer orientation You have strong abilities to quickly penetrate, structure and derive solutions from complex facts and relationships You are flexible and you are looking for national and international project assignments to a limited extent You have very good German and good English skills JOBV1_EN
