The building automation department includes the specialist groups of building control technology, MSR technology, safety technology (in particular fire detection technology) and data network technology. It consists of currently 31 employees. The core tasks lie in the further development, construction, operation and functional maintenance of the systems of building automation, security technology and data network technology as a business-supporting entity. Due to the current refurbishment of the campus, technical consultancy activities with the planning and construction and the construction and real estate business NRW are also part of the tasks. What we are looking for is a service-oriented employee who is able to optimize operations and motivate colleagues.

Complete vocational training or technical completion in the field of electrical engineering / automation technology / refrigeration and air conditioning / building automation or comparable qualification with corresponding knowledge and experience You bring professional experience with commissioning as well as DDC / Desigo PX programming and have a sound knowledge about system integration and building automation Experience in building, commissioning and programming complex building automation systems and systems Secure knowledge in PC and network technology (TCP/IP) Secure knowledge and experience with the Desigo-PX product series from Siemens Experiences with the Desigo CC building management system from Siemens Experiences with the ABT Pro programming tool from Siemens Knowledge of the creation and processing of current schedules Optional: knowledge and experience in the field of planning, assembly and maintenance of intrusion systems and video surveillance systems Optional: knowledge in the field of common building automation communication protocols (in particular BACnet, MBus, Modbus)
