Trainer Specializing in Inverters (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, design, implementation, documentation and evaluation of inverter training You hold theoretical and practical training for internal employees in presence in our state-of-the-art training center as well as in the field You identify new training needs, technical developments and support new training content and qualification programs (e.g. maintenance and troubleshooting trainings) You continuously optimize and update the training content in cooperation with cross-site specialist groups based on current technological developments and the participant feedback You monitor and evaluate the training efficiency through participant feedback, exams and performance reviews You make sure that the training participants have the necessary expertise and skills to carry out all the work done on inverters at wind turbines You work with internal specialist departments such as the technical support team to ensure a practical and up-to-date training offer You participate in training and seminars to expand and deepen your skills

You have many years of practical experience in the maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of inverters, ideally from Nordex® or Senvion® wind turbines You have the skills as an electrical specialist or meet the requirements for electrical skills (e.g. completion as an electronic / mechatronic (m/w/d))) You have a well-founded knowledge of the inverter technology of wind turbines (in the ideal case Woodward or Converteam) and has a high technical understanding and willingness to learn new converter technologies You are height-ready and ready to travel to perform field training and training at various training locations and have a class B licence You bring the ability and motivation to pass on knowledge in a practical, comprehensible and targeted manner. Your knowledge of German and English is good in word and writing Ideally, you already have experience in communicating technical content before groups or in the training environment You are characterized by high reliability and strong team skills
