Building a strong network (including through social media channels) and proactive talent sourcing

Management and maintenance of our Job Management System Workday, including all application activities

Continuous analysis of the recruitment process as well as active participation in optimization of the Candidate Experience

Coordination and further development of the onboarding process for our new employees

Intercultural cooperation; Support for new international colleagues on entry and integration into the German labour market

Promoting innovation in personnel procurement, e.g. through the use of AI and current trends

Constructive cooperation in the HR team as well as ongoing development of the talent acquisition strategy

We wish a digitally affable personality with a completed training in the field of personnel or equivalent qualifications through relevant professional experience;

Professional practice in recruiting technical Blue Collar talents and the direct address of candidates, with international focus,

Embossed technical understanding, ideally from the field of aviation,

agile, structured, and independent working, and the ability to separate the important from the secondary in daily doing,

Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit,

Handling applicant management systems, ideally Workday,
