Technical Property Manager - Property Management (m/f/d)

Our Asset Services department is responsible for the holistic support of real estate and real estate portfolios for national and international customers. We offer a comprehensive range of services along the entire lifecycle of a property: from professional property management to technical property management to precise real estate accounting services. Through our wide-ranging competences we ensure efficient, value-oriented and sustainable successful real estate operations.

We are looking for a (Senior) Technical Property Manager (m/w/d) for our team in Stuttgart.

Professional owner and contractor representation: Sovereign perception of ownership interests in construction projects, renovations and technical measures - from planning to successful implementation. Control and quality control of service providers: coordination, monitoring and performance assessment of internal and external service providers and specialist planners to ensure efficient, cost-optimized and high-quality real estate operation. Effective action management: collection, evaluation and award of offers taking into account economic, technical and contractual criteria - including implementation control. Technical Controlling & Compliance: Monitoring of maintenance and testing periods, management of insurance damage and budget planning and control for structural measures and investments. Structured reporting and professional handovers: responsibility for project management as well as the implementation of object acquisitions and transfers. Creating regular reports, documentation and auditing of invoices to ensure transparency and quality.

Qualification & Training: Complete technical or craft training with a commercial understanding, alternatively a bachelor's degree in facility management, in building technology or in engineering. Ideally, first experience in technical real estate management. Impressed team capacity: High willingness to cooperate in interdisciplinary teams as well as the ability to actively support colleagues and advance joint goals. Communication strength & negotiating security: Very good oral and written communication skills as well as a sovereign handling of service providers, owners and customers. Negotiating skills and solution-oriented appearance complete your profile. Professional and confident appearance: Authentic, convincing and competent appearance towards internal and external stakeholders, both in daily operation and in project and budget discussions. Language and software competence: Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook). Flowing German knowledge and good English skills for working with international customers.
