Teamleiter Logistik / Supervisor Operations (w/m/d) Unlimited in full time

Then you're right with us. In Feuchtwangen, you take responsibility in the operating daily business and develop our processes together with your team.

Your working hours: Monday to Friday from 18:30 to 03:00 - the weekend is yours.

You lead and coordinate a team of around 100 professional employees and support the deployment and personnel planning

You control hall and production processes and keep key figures, quality and efficiency in mind You ensure smooth loading and unloading as well as sorting and scanning processes You take responsibility for work safety, cargo safety and hazardous goods You work closely with shift and location management and bring their own ideas to improve our processes

Complete training in the logistics or technical field: e.g. as a specialist warehouse, forwarding, KEP or disposition

First leadership experience or experience in a deputy function, e.g. as team leader, shift manager or foreman Experience in operational logistics, ideally in a dynamic environment with high shipment or goods Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations Hands-on mentality and desire to take responsibility and develop
