Design, testing and negotiation of contracts throughout the business context (including purchasing, sales, IT, cooperation, research & development) Legal support of projects, contracts and business models with technical or digital reference Advice on data protection issues in close coordination with external data protection officers as well as support and further development of the company-wide data protection management system Coordination and control of external lawyers and judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of legal claims General legal support of the departments in economic matters

Full-jurist with (first) professional experience, ideally in an industrial company or a law firm oriented to economic law Interest and first practical experience in the law of new technologies, contract design and data protection Wide understanding of economic law and willingness to engage in diverse legal topics Embossed communication and team skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic manner Very good English skills in word and writing
