We are looking for a station management (m/w/d) for our intensive care unit (with 37 beds) and anaesthesia care (with 3 operating rooms) (determination for the first 1 year).

Station management and organization: You coordinate station operation in 24/7 operation, ensure safe and patient-oriented care and efficiently control personnel and material resources. Staff management and development: You lead and motivate your care team, deputy team, as well as freelance practice managers, plan personnel deployment and support the professional and personal development of your employees. Quality and safety management: You ensure compliance with hygiene standards, clinical guidelines and safety requirements and accompany audits and certifications. Process and operating organisation: You optimise workflows and communication structures and actively contribute to processes improvement projects. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You promote the cross-disciplinary exchange between care, doctors, administration and therapy and represent the station inward and outward. Crisis and emergency management: You coordinate procedures in emergency situations, secure patient safety and ensure a structured handling of challenging situations.

You have completed training in nursing, for example as a health and nursing worker or health caregiver, with further training in intensive care and anaesthesia care. Multiannual professional experience in intensive care and leadership experience in larger teams will help you. Your well-founded knowledge in patient safety, risk, quality and hygiene management will be used safely and responsibly in practice. Organizational design, loadability and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. Communication strength, empathy and conflict resolution skills shape your leadership style and promote a trusted cooperation in the interdisciplinary team. You communicate safely in German in word and writing and face changes and new developments.
