As an outbound customer advisor (m/w/d) with us, you combine sales-rich telephony with a job that makes a real difference for people in need of care and help and their families.

In the Outbound team, you are responsible for the individual, empathic and expertly-competent consulting of our customers and the distribution of our products by phone Contact existing and future customers and advise them on our different product groups in the area of auxiliary and incontinence You inform your customers about the possibility to receive higher-quality products by adding them and actively uses upselling pools You show your customers further product claims, whose costs can be taken directly from the health insurance companies You participate in sales campaigns, implement them by phone and work together with the team on exciting cross-selling projects You document your discussions carefully in our systems and thus contribute to a smooth running and high quality of service

You are a person with a high degree of empathy, persuasion and passion for telephony Pre-experiences in the field of outbound telephony / sales are desirable, but not necessarily necessary – beginners with communication talent are welcome You have the pleasure of the above-mentioned tasks and have very good communication skills, a quick understanding as well as an open and contacting way A safe handling of the PC and very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
