You are responsible for the planning and design of our technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, cold, compressed air) and ensure that everything runs reliably. With your application you will ensure a smooth and secure operation of our building facilities. You carry out maintenance, inspections and repairs independently. When coordinating and monitoring service providers and other companies, you take on a central interface function and build valuable contacts.

You have completed technical vocational training, ideally complemented by a further training to the technician or master (e.g. utility technology, electrical engineering, building technology). Finding experience in technical facility management, especially in the field of TGA, will help you. You are perfectly familiar with the relevant regulations, standards and guidelines and provide experience in the care of building equipment – ideally in food production. In the best case, you could also gain experience with CAFM systems. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and at the same time convince with team skills and open and clear communication.
