(Senior) M&A Associate (m/f/d)

Control of M&A transactions Buy-side transactions tax you independently from the first analysis to the successful conclusion.

You carry out business reviews and develop appropriate transaction and financing structures.

Create offers and relevant transaction documents and negotiate with the M&A team.

Due diligence processes accompany and coordinate across the relevant departments.

Deal Sourcing & Acquisition Strategy Identify and analyze potential acquisition targets with a special focus on the health, safety and environment market.

Appropriate target companies proactively address and develop existing contacts within the framework of our buy-&-build strategy.

Market and business analyses are used to identify and evaluate attractive acquisition opportunities at an early stage.

Strategic and economic potentials of possible acquisitions are assessed by you and provide sound basis for decision-making for management.

Project Management & Stakeholder Management All internal and external stakeholders involved in the transaction process are individually coordinated and secure a structured deal process.

You are working closely with our M&A team, Head of M&A and CEO and CFO.

External consultants:inside, you are targeted to ensure that the relevant workstreams merge efficiently.

Transaction processes You keep a constant eye on timetables, milestones and relevant decision bases.

That's what you bring: A successfully completed degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a comparable discipline forms your technical basis.

Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or a comparable transaction-related activity will help you.

Deteciable end-to-end-deal experience, ideally on the buy-side, allows you to independently control transactions.

Experience in the independent project management of small- to mid-cap transactions as well as very good German knowledge round off your profile.

This helps you to succeed faster: Experience in a private equity or Buy-&-build environment would be beneficial.

Knowledge in the health, safety, healthcare or professional services environment would be a plus.

Experience in cooperation with management, investor:inside and external transaction consultants:inside is desirable.

A structured, analytical and self-responsive way of working as well as pronounced communication strength help you safely control complex transaction processes.
