Shift Supervisor Plastic Injection Molding Production (m/f/d)

Organisation, control and monitoring of production processes taking into account quantities, quality, costs and dates Monitoring of machine life and plant availability and implementation of shift transfers and production meetings Professional and disciplinary leadership, incorporation, training and further development and motivation of employees Planning of personnel use including work distribution, additional layers and appointment of leasing staff Ensuring quality standards and work instructions, support in fault analyses, complaint and corrective measures, and process releases Responsibility for occupational safety, safety instructions and the processing of safety deviations and incidents

Successfully completed technical training Ideally advanced training for master, technician or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in plastic injection moulding as well as experience in employee management or team coordination Knowledge of injection moulding technology, machine and plant engineering, tool technology and thermoplastics Experience with production characteristics, quality management, testing techniques as well as lean, CVP and 5S methods Management competence, communication strength, enforcement capacity and a structured and safety-oriented way of working
