Operating & building technology from A to Z: You are responsible for the entire operating and building technology with a special focus on conveyor technology (low voltage) and ensure that everything works perfectly - together with your colleagues. Maintenance & maintenance: You carry out regular maintenance and maintenance work and take care of minor repairs. troubleshooting: You take technical disorders, categorize them and interact with troubleshooting. PLC customization: You have small adjustments to PLC controls and are responsible for local PC user service. External service providers: coordination and control of external service providers and craft companies. Compliance with safety and quality standards, especially in the sensitive pharmaceutical sector

Complete technical or craft training, e.g. plant mechanics, mechatronics, electricians (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification (for foreign qualifications recognition is required in Germany). Professional experience in the field of home technology or building management of advantage. Technical understanding and craftsmanship. Self-employed, reliable and structured working methods. Teamability and sense of responsibility. Willingness to work in the 2-shift system (breakfast and late service) with readiness to call.
