I listen to really understand. I'm going forward, even though the way is not clear yet. I stand for what I say. I make progress visible and share what I learn.

If you recognize yourself here, you belong to us. Here you work with people who combine different perspectives and make new things possible. You bring your ideas, ask questions, put impulses - and find an environment that will strengthen you and grow. Because we believe in people who want to shape. People like you. .

Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer

In the central area of corporate taxation, you will form M&A transactions and structural decisions of the Eppendorf Group. You are a tax advocate for M&A transactions and complex structuring issues within the Eppendorf Group and accompany investment and structural decisions from the first idea to successful integration. For the Group companies in Germany and abroad, you take comprehensive tax advice focusing on international tax law and a broad understanding of the entire transaction business. As part of M&A transactions and other investment projects, you are responsible for Tax Due Diligence, tax structuring, auditing tax clauses in Share Purchase Agreements (SPA) and optimising the Group structure to post-deal integration. In-house reorganisations, transformations, carve-outs, joint ventures and mergers, you are taxing, designing appropriate structures and ensuring proper documentation. In interdisciplinary, predominantly international projects, you work closely with Corporate Finance, Controlling, Legal, Corporate Development and the business segments and independently process complex individual tax requests. The coordination and control of external consultants: you take responsibility in Germany and abroad and make sure that the tax solutions prepared consistently match the group strategy and convince qualitatively. In addition, you monitor compliance with tax regulations, keep track of legal and legal changes and evaluate their impact on the Eppendorf Group; and promote knowledge building through internal training and help develop processes and standards in corporate taxation.

You have passed a successfully completed study of economics or legal sciences and the tax consultant exam and thus provide a well-founded e technical basis for complex tax issues. Multiannual, ideally at least five years of relevant professional experience in tax law focusing on M&A transactions and international corporate tax law - preferably in an internationally oriented tax consultancy or lawyer company or in the tax department of an internationally active company - enable you to safely handle transaction processes. You use outstanding knowledge in German and international corporate tax law to structure, accompany and judge transactions, reorganisations and restructurings taxably. In the tax structuring of M&A deals, group-internal reorganisations and complex structural measures, you think holistically, take into account legal and economic conditions and develop viable, practical solutions. You like to take responsibility, drive forward tax issues with a high self-initiative, and carry out projects with a pronounced “taking ownership” minimum set consistently to stressable results. Strong communicative skills allow you to convey complex tax issues clearly, structured and addressable, to act as a savings partner for management and departments, and to actively introduce tax aspects into decision-making processes. In cross-functional and cross-border project teams, you work in a structured and careful manner, appreciates interdisciplinary cooperation in the international environment and communicates with you in German and English, both oral and written.
