You process the feedback of the services as well as special assignments throughout Germany on our devices (including technical reports, maintenance and repairs) in the ERP system You are responsible for the correct and timely manufacture of maintenance and repairs You take care of the data in our ERP system such as customer data, price lists You create offers for maintenance/repair and water sample requests and calculate the technician inserts You take over the archiving of reports and documents in the document management system and support the entire customer journey in the back office

A completed commercial training and first professional experience in the field of expertise desirable You are fit in handling operational ERP systems and Salesforce (CRM) as well as MS Office and are ready to work into new systems You work independently, reliably, very conscientiously and are an exceptional team player You have fun in an activity in the technical environment and provide a quick understanding Your German knowledge is good in word and writing
