You provide a statutory and operationally compliant technical operation of all building equipment at approx. 100 locations in Lower Saxony which are predominantly owned. In doing so, monitor and optimize all relevant processes taking into account the operator responsibility, the entire plant life cycle and economic aspects. You take over the development and maintenance of a digital, audit-proof plant history, and develop processes and IT solutions to ensure data quality as well as maintenance and testing requirements. In addition, you develop and implement maintenance, testing and maintenance concepts along the entire life cycle of technical installations, evaluate investments and modernisation potentials and support budget planning. You design and optimise tender and contract structures, prepare tender documents, accompany procurement procedures and conduct negotiations.

You have completed your studies in the field of facility management or building technology or have a comparable qualification. You will be able to draw knowledge of the business and real estate industry as well as a secure understanding of operator responsibility (e.g. according to GEFMA Directive 190). You also have experience in public procurement and contract law. In the management and coordination of service providers as well as in the design of service contracts, you are routined and bring relevant practical experience. The safe handling of MS Office is part of everyday work for you. In addition, you have user knowledge in CAFM systems and ideally also in dealing with control information systems. A strong technical understanding, especially in the field of building technology, as well as comprehensive knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN, VDI, VDE, TRBS, DGUV, AMEV) complete your profile. You can control the German language safely (at least level C1).
