You control the entire recruiting process for various target groups, from the creation of the request profiles and placement of the job alerts to the active candidate:internal search (Active Sourcing) to the management of the candidate:internal talks You identify and speak proactively potential candidates: within different channels such as social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing), job markets and industry events. You are the first contact person(s):into our applicants:inside, telephone interviews and personal discussions and provide an excellent Candidate Experience. You advise our managers on all questions of recruiting and build a strong relationship with the specialist departments. You follow relevant recruiting metrics to measure the success of your actions and continuously optimize the process.

You already have several years (about 5+) experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally in the industrial environment. You are versed in dealing with popular recruiting channels and tools including SAP SuccessFactors and have a passion for the active candidate:internal search. You are communicative, empathic and can inspire people for our group of companies. Your appearance is professional and convincing. You have excellent human knowledge and the ability to assess the professional and cultural suitability of candidates. You work structured and independent, keep an overview in a dynamic environment and have knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
