Consultant (m/w/d) Volunteering

Development of strategies in volunteer management (e.g. design of campaigns to attract new volunteers or integration of spontaneous helpers) Introducing the Perspective of the Voluntary Office into Organisational Development Own moderation of workshops and management of working groups of projects to further develop the Volunteer Office Advice and professional support of the local speakers for the nationwide volunteer management Creating templates and editing of texts for the preparation and follow-up of working groups and meetings

A completed study with a focus on social science or economics, joy in work with volunteers or volunteers A confident and authentic appearance before larger groups First experiences from a voluntary commitment in an aid organisation or a welfare association First experiences in project management and pleasure in a work with little routine Willingness to exercise appointments in the evening and weekends (working time compensation under the week) Identification with our objectives as a Catholic aid organization
