Project phase (new building): Control of dates, costs and quality Monitoring of project progress (including critical path) Coordination of all project participants (builders, planners, companies and authorities) Risk and change management Monitoring of commissioning and transfer
Operational phase (Facility Management): Construction and cooperation of facility management Responsibility for technical operations (TGA) and infrastructure Ensuring compliance, hygiene and safety standards Control of external service providers and budgets Optimization of plant performance and energy consumption
