The Medical Laboratory Rostock is an accredited medical-diagnostic laboratory for doctors and dentists, hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, medical practitioners and other medical facilities. With more than 150 employees: within our main location and regional offices, we also serve the Rostock region and the entire federal territory for selected investigations.

We are looking for a dedicated personality for a sophisticated new building project in the field of medical laboratories that accompanies the project from the construction phase to the operation.

Projektmanager (m/w/x)

Place of work: Rostock Working hours: 39 hours

Project phase (new building): Control of dates, costs and quality Monitoring of project progress (including critical path) Coordination of all project participants (builders, planners, companies and authorities) Risk and change management Monitoring of commissioning and transfer

Operational phase (Facility Management): Construction and cooperation of facility management Responsibility for technical operations (TGA) and infrastructure Ensuring compliance, hygiene and safety standards Control of external service providers and budgets Optimization of plant performance and energy consumption

You have a completed degree in Facility Management, TGA, Civil Engineering or a comparable degree course You bring several years of experience in the control of construction projects as well as in facility management (ideally from the field of laboratory, medicine, pharmaceutical) with Knowledge of TGA, Regulatorics and the operation of complex systems Structured and solution-oriented operation Even if you do not meet all criteria, we look forward to your application!
