IT Service Manager (m/w/d) In this role, you take responsibility for ensuring, controlling and developing our IT services. You are significantly involved in the implementation and continuous improvement of the ITILv4 processes (Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management). In addition, coordinate and monitor external service providers and ensure efficient provider management. With your application, you ensure service quality and provide meaningful reporting to stakeholders of different levels. As a central interface, you can consult the specialist areas for IT service topics and work closely with internal and external partners. You actively contribute to IT-Asset Management and IT-purchasing. Finally, bring the willingness to participate in the 24/7 on-demand call support.

You have a degree or education in the field of computer science, IT or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in IT service management. In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge in the ITILv4 processes and have practical experience in handling ITSM tools, IT infrastructures (clients, networks, servers, cloud) as well as in provider management. Your safe occurrence, your pronounced communication and analysis skills, as well as the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way, are characterized. You master the German language in a safe manner (C1 level) and have good English skills in word and writing. Loadability, reliability and readiness for active use in 24/7 on-demand call support complete your profile. Ideally, you will also bring knowledge in the management of IT service services, including outsourcing, contract and supplier management, as well as in IT Asset Management and Purchasing.
