Commercial Manager * (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for: the strategic and operational financial planning and management of the company – from purchasing to controlling to financial accounting (FiBu) Human resources Risk Management, Governance and Compliance Contracts compliance with legal provisions in the company the implementation and continuous improvement of processes, structures and processes

You control the areas of export control, IT, data protection, secret protection, QEHS, corporate security and fleet You maintain and expand the business partner network. You conduct negotiations with customers and suppliers to the conclusion of the contract. You take over necessary activities.

You have a degree in business management, finance/controlling, economic law or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in the commercial sector. You have sound knowledge of financial planning, controlling, accounting, compliance and risk management. You have experience in managing administrative business areas (e.g. HR, IT, contracting). You are characterized by strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making. Communication and negotiation skills as well as a structured way of working complete your profile. They're bringing travel readiness. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
