As a controller (m/w/d), you take a leading role in the economic management of our site, create transparency in our cost structures and make a big contribution with your analyses and recommendations for action.

Your tasks compilation and analysis of the calculations of machine, assembly and production orders, in particular production costs as well as pre-calculation, concurrent costing and post-calculation) further development of a system-side order control including Contribution management Implementation of monthly and annual accounts activities and coordination of the numeric unit of cost and performance accounting Active cost management in the context of cost calculations and settlement rates Creation and analysis of cost center and cost center accounting and deriving recommendations Cooperation in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and FER (Swiss-GAAP) and their analysis Active participation in projects to build meaningful, advanced data and reporting structures for efficient control

Completed study of BWL, economic engineering, or comparable to deepening controlling At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of production or factory controlling, ideally in machine or plant engineering Very good knowledge of ERP systems and their structures, knowledge of PSI Penta desirable First experiences with business intelligence tools as well as high IT affinity Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel HGB, experience with IFRS desirable Solution-oriented, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking Strong communication skills and fun at work in the team High level of initiative, motivation and self-employment High communication and interface competence as well as pronounced change capability
