Caretaker (m/f/d)

This is your area of responsibility for ensuring that employees, visitors and service providers feel comfortable at any time in our buildings and on the company premises. With your craftsmanship, your attention to detail and your sense of responsibility, you make sure that buildings, outdoor facilities and home technology work reliably. • Ensuring a proper and well maintained appearance of buildings and land • Implementation of maintenance work on buildings, gardens and outdoor facilities and winter service support • Maintenance and repair services by external service providers • Careful and economical handling of equipment, machines, tools and equipment • Regular feedback to the supervisors at dates, duration and delays • Support in the field of employee placement, e.g. unpacking, labeling, providing and cleaning of the equipment in our canteen • Maintenance of sanitary areas including control and filling of soap and towel dispensers • Implementation of day-to-day service and transport operations

That's what you bring • Training: • A completed manual or technical training, e.g. in the field of plant mechanics, electrical engineering, sanitary/heating, metal construction, building technology or a comparable qualification • Professional experience and expertise: • experience in building and plant maintenance, ideally in a commercial or industrial environment • Basic knowledge of domestic engineering (heating, sanitary, electrical) and craftsmanship • Class B driving licence • Softskills : • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing • A reliable, independent and service-oriented operation
