Projektmanager (m/w/d) Participation in the introduction and further development of a digital fleet and device management system Acquisition of the key user function as well as central contact person for the software solution used Construction, maintenance and continuous development of the device, machine and vehicle database including collection of inventory Support in assessing the technical condition of machinery, equipment and vehicles Coordination of service, maintenance and warranty cases and follow-up of complaints and warranty periods Preparation and provision of relevant documents in the context of sales and extraction processes Interface function between users, specialist departments and external suppliers User support for technical questions within the framework of first-level support Organisation and administration of the fleet (car and transporter), including vehicle allocation and monitoring of inspection and service dates Management and billing of charging cards for electric vehicles Implementation of driving licence and travel book checks Planning and disposition of pool vehicles as well as common machines and equipment

Complete craft training in the field of automotive, automotive or agricultural machinery or commercial training, preferably as an automobile or industrial businessman/woman Alternative multiannual professional experience in a comparable activity Technical interest and good understanding of vehicles, machinery and equipment (e.g. cars, trucks, construction machines) Embossed affinity for the use of digital applications and systems Openness to new processes and interest in digitization and further development of work processes Self-employed and structured working methods and pronounced communication skills
