Senior Consultant External Communications (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: Do you want to create communication that unfolds effect when it really counts? Do you think strategically, advise opponents in top management confidently and at eye level and bring complex topics clearly to the point? Then read more: In the Team External Corporate Communications of the Würth Group, you develop concepts for communication with media and public as well as via social media and implement them. Their focus is on the press/media work on economic, financial and social policy issues. Another priority is crisis communication, both in the sense of professional preparation for potential crises and operational implementation in the event of a crisis. You develop the media relations proactively and maintain contacts with the economic, financial and political actions of the management, economic and regional media relevant to the company. You prepare external communication to Group financial figures and accompany the annual balance sheet press conference communicatively - from the storyline to media work and support. As a central contact person, you advise subsidiaries of the Würth Group on issues of external communication, establish communication standards and support the implementation in a decentralized environment. You will also develop the social media activities strategically and ensure uniform communication across all channels.

Your profile - grow together: You bring several years of experience in external corporate communication / PR, ideally in the corporate, association, consulting or agency environment with the appropriate thematic orientation. You have practical expertise in crisis communication, both in preparation and in acute crisis communication. As an accepted respondent and counselling person, you are confident about top management, analyse situations quickly and give clear, well-founded recommendations. Thanks to your excellent understanding, you can structure complex content quickly, prioritize securely and deliver reliable results under time pressure. You write precise and address-oriented and develop clearly structured concepts and decision templates - if necessary also in English. Ideally, you already have contacts with economic and financial journalists and understand how to build and maintain networks strategically. Making decisions and taking responsibility is of course for you and you ensure viability even with incomplete information and at sensitive moments.
