You have at least five years of professional experience as a construction and project manager (m/w/d) and have experience in the field of development, ideally in a leading function, as well as experience in employee management You have a degree as a civil engineer or Architect (m/w/d) or a comparable training and have sound expertise in the development, construction and technical building equipment You are guided, highly communication, customer-oriented and have team spirit You know very well with turnkey construction including safe handling in building contract law (BGB, VOB) You have the urge to help shape things and actively contribute to the development of the business area
