Strategy Coordinator - Project Planning / PMO / Resource Management (m/w/d)

The Bott Group develops and produces vehicle facilities, operating facilities and workplace systems at three European locations. Worldwide, its products offer customers in industry and crafts. Your efficient work in manufacturing, service and assembly is the focus here. They support stakeholders:inside and project leaders:inside the planning, tracking and management of projects You build the PMO strategy process in the group of companies and develop it further while providing methodological support They develop and monitor project classification and project database You monitor overriding resources and manage changes for projects Ensure compliance with requirements and target criteria of the PMO projects They organize project meetings, including monthly and milestone reports, and manage escalations in project deviations

You have completed a commercial or technical training, like further education, or a technical or economic studies You have professional experience in project management and project management standards You have sound knowledge and a safe handling of project management tools They have analytical and strategic skills as well as problem-solving and leadership qualities You will certainly present results to stakeholders:inside and have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are ready to travel abroad occasionally
