Head of the Green Infrastructure team for Transport and Development in the field of Planning Office as a specialist focus Representation of the Green Space Agency in working groups, bodies and at events Preparation of templates to the Magistrat and the City Council Comments to the local councils Perception of assigned individual tasks and project tasks Public relations

Special condition / degrees: completed (scientific) university studies (Diplom (Univ.) / Master) or completed university studies (Diplom (FH) / Bachelor) with many years of professional experience, in each case the field of landscape architecture or a comparable discipline with focus on object planning/construction proven multiannual professional experience in landscape architecture offices or comparable in public administration proven leadership experience and binding willingness to participate actively in regular training in leadership topics Driving licence Class B and health suitability for driving a utility vehicle well-founded knowledge in the planning and execution of outdoor facilities in public areas ideally experience with investor projects and/or development measures well-founded knowledge of building law, relevant building technology, laws, guidelines and standards as well as VOB and HOAI Personal competencies: good oral and written expressability (language level comparable to level C1 of the common European reference framework for languages (GER))) strong ability to work independently, structured and conceptually Cooperation and coordination capability negotiating skills and the ability to make and enforce decisions (in complex situations) Ready for team work comprehensive readiness for the task field and stress tolerance good computer skills (MS-Office programs, Arriba, CAD) Diversity competence
